Reference Number 0000395536 The scope of this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, service and insurance by the Bidder to complete the BID entitled: BID NO. 25-09 townhall 2nd floor project-counter-cabinets-millwork in accordance with these entitled specifications. Question Deadline 08/28/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No The outside of the envelope containing the BID shall bear the name of the Bidder, their address, license number if applicable, and the name of the project for which the BID is submitted. The Township reserves the right: to accept any or all alternative BIDs; to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder; to waive any irregularities of informalities, or both; to reject any or all BIDs; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Township. Conditional BIDs will not be considered. Waterford Township is soliciting bids for counters, cabinets and the related millwork for a project on the 2nd floor of its Town Hall. The counters and cabinets will be per the specifications outlined for: Elevation A - Assessing Clerk Counter Elevation B - Flex Area Counter Elevation C - Passport Counter Elevation D - Clerk Secondary Counter Elevation E - Clerk Main Counter Elevation F - Map Table & Storage. Counters and cabinetry will be constructed of: Plywood 3/4" Wilson Art laminate with Crescent edge on counters The placement of grommets for cables and electric will be determined during installation in conjunction with the Township's IT Department. The bid price will include removal and disposal ofthe current counters. It will also include delivery and furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project also requires cleaning after construction completion, during construction all dust containment, barricades, and signage to be provided by the contractor.
