Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dresden, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Weakley County, Tennessee Department of Finance will be accepting bids on the following: Control Panel Upgrades for the Weakley County Sheriff's Department Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible vendor, his or her product or service, or in any way restrain or restrict competition. On the contrary, all responsible vendors are encouraged to offer a proposal. Weakley County is compliant with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and as a result, does not discriminate on the grounds of race, creed, national origin or gender. Any questions concerning the bid should be directed to John Liggett, Director of Finance (731-364-5429). The Weakley County Department of Finance is requesting bids to upgrade the existing control panel. We would like for the existing headend smart equipment, control panel monitor, speakers, microphone, battery backups, and all of the addressable encoders in he equipment cabinets to be replaced. We would like to retain existing equipment once removed for emergency backups. Additionally, labor and installation should be included. System should be tested and functional upon completion. Warranty on equipment and labor should be listed and included in the price. The following equipment should be provided: - Computer with all required software installed - 32" mouse driven 1080p monitor - Embedded Controller - Data Controller - Digital Amplifier - 8 port switch - Desktop microphone - Desktop speakers - (2) battery backup units - (20) Encoders
