The work consists of replacing two existing cooling towers and auxiliary pumps with in-kind replacements at the Tensas-Cocodrie Pumping Plant. The new cooling towers must meet or exceed the performance metrics of the original equipment. Contractors must demonstrate capability and capacity to perform the required services, including providing skilled personnel and managing similar requirements. The government is conducting market research to determine acquisition strategy and is particularly interested in responses from small and socio-economically disadvantaged businesses.
