Reference Number 0000300295 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/19 05:00:00 PM EDT Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a Design-Builder to provide both design and construction services for Queens Park Worker Memorial. Proposals are being invited for the design build of the Queens Park Worker Memorial in Toronto, Ontario. This Design-Build project will deliver a new memorial installation to commemorate and honour the contributions and sacrifices of Ontarios workers. The intent of this procurement is to retain a qualified Design-Builder to deliver the project within the established budget and performance requirements through a Design-Build delivery model. The Design-Builder's shall include all services and teams required to complete the project, such as Architect, Artist and Fabricator during Planning and Design, Due Diligence (Environmental, Heritage Impact Assessment, Species At Risk, Arborist), Geotechnical, utility locates, surveyor, landscaper, Constructor, Installer and such vendor and services necessary to to fulfill the design and construction obligations under the Contract. The intent of this project is to design and construct a memorial to commemorate and honour the invaluable contributions and sacrifices Ontarios workers have made to build the province. The Workers Memorial will be installed at the location proposed at the northwest corner of Queens Park in Toronto. Queen's Park is part of the Queens Park Complex, which is recognized as a Provincially Significant Heritage Property (PHPPS).
