The project is expected to be awarded on September 25, 2025.** The Project is generally described as pool, restroom and site accessibility upgrades at Santa Clara High School located at 3000 Benton Street in Santa Clara, CA. The District intends to construct the Project by awarding a prime contract to a prime contractor who is in direct privity of a contract with the District for a specific scope of Work. Bid Proposals are requested for the following Bid Package (Contractors License requirement in parentheses): 13.10 Pool Upgrades (B) Bid Security must accompany each Bid Proposal in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of the proposed price for any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). Prior to commencement of the Work, the Bidder awarded a Bid Package Contract must deliver to the District a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond issued by a California Admitted Surety in the form and content included in the Contract Documents in a penal sum equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Bid Proposals must include the premium cost of Payment and Performance Bonds. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding.
