Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Bid is cancelled The Project involves dismantling, removing, transporting, and installing one (1) Xtreme Cube modular facility. The module shall be removed from the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) site. The installation shall include all utility connections, tested, and be fully functional passing all required building inspections needed for occupancy. The removal for of the module at the SNHD site shall be completed no later than October 15, 2025, with an overall project duration from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed of 200 consecutive calendar days, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. Bid Note : By the three (3) low bidders. The estimated construction cost ranges from $500,000 to $600,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
