The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service ("BPS"), is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for roadway infrastructure improvements. The proposed project aims to enhance bicycle and pedestrian connectivity between the northern terminus of the Christy Greenway to Kingshighway through the installation of a raised multi-use path along Christy Boulevard.
