The construction includes excavation, grading, deck and stair replacement, and associated site improvements. Question submittal deadline is Friday, August 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) 30 TAC requirements as shown on the Plan and Detail Sheets and specified herein. B. The project includes the construction of a permanent cantilever soldier pile retention system with a permanent stamped veneer shotcrete face, approximately 249 feet in length. The construction includes excavation, grading, deck and stair replacement, and associated site improvements. The project is located at GBRA's River Annex located at 905 Nolan St. Seguin, TX 78155.
