Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.

This project involves the rehabilitation of Guelph Ave. Bridge. The rehabilitation includes but is not limited to the following: Install environmental protection measures on both sides of the bridge. Install scaffolding and protection for debris collection (environmental protection). Scarify and remove 35 mm max. from the top of the sidewalk, fascia, and curb face (entire area). Concrete removal of delaminated areas on the sidewalk, curb face, railing end wall, and fascia as directed by the Engineer. Perform crack injections at various locations as directed by the Contract Administrator. Power brush clean existing steel railing on both sides. Provide stainless steel and wire mesh on concrete patch repair areas as directed by the contract administrator. Place specified concrete on top of the scarified sidewalk, curb, and fascia. Apply a prime coat (spray) from top to bottom of the existing railing. Apply the approved paint coat (spray) on top of the prime coat. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, incidentals, material, and supervision necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and as described in the special provisions.
