Reference Number 0000400829 The Township of Denville is soliciting Bid Proposals for the installation of water meters with Radio Frequency Meter Interface Units (RFMIU) to replace existing or pre-existing water meters at residential and commercial locations. The meters to be installed will be furnished by the Township. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/22/2025 01:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the Township of Denville in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The bid shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety on the form included in the Contract Documents, from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey, which shall represent that the surety company will provide the Contractor with the required bonds in the sums required in the Contract Documents and in a form satisfactory to the Owner's Attorney and in compliance with the requirements of law. The Township of Denville reserves the right to delete sections of work from the contract after the award of the bid has been made due to funding or other reasons. The prices bid for various items of work shall not be adjusted due to the deletion of any work due to the variation of any quantity for the various items scheduled in the Proposals.
