TRWD is seeking proposals for the Restoration of ROW Pipeline. Question Deadline 08/25/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are to be submitted using online. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including the bid of any bidder which does not meet the above criteria and/or the other terms and conditions expressed herein to the District's satisfaction. The District also reserves the right to waive all formalities and technicalities and to adopt the most advantageous construction of the Contract Documents or any applicable statute or code. The Bidder may also be disqualified and their bid not considered, among other reason, for any of the following specific reasons: Reason for believing collusion exists between the bidder and other bidders; Reasonable grounds for believing that any bidder has a financial interest in more than one bid for the work contemplated The bidder being a party to or having a financial interest in any litigation against the District The bidder being in arrears on any existing contract or having defaulted on a previous contract Lack of ability to perform the contract, if awarded to the bidder, as reflected by the bidder's financial statement, experience and equipment, references prior work history, or answer to questionnaires Uncompleted work, which in the sole judgment of the District, will prevent or hinder the prompt completion of additional work, if the contract is awarded to bidder
