Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Sugar Land is requesting Submittals from Respondents who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with knowledge of experience with water treatment module improvements, pump and check valve replacements, membrane replacements, and residual solids handling improvements. Only Respondents submitting for this RFQ and meeting qualifications based on the scoring results from the selection committee will be considered for the project. If there are multiple projects, a Respondent firm/team may submit on one or all projects, but an RFQ statement will be required for each project, and combination of RFQ statements for more than one project may be considered non-responsive. Questions Deadline: August 25, 2025, 5:00pm - Questions Answered and Addenda posted: August 28, 2025, 5:00pm If a Respondent finds a discrepancy in or an omission from, or has a question about this RFQ or other related document, the Respondent should immediately notify the Purchasing Office at the E-mail address listed below or at online. Questions regarding this RFQ must be received by the Purchasing Office. After the Purchasing Office has been notified of a discrepancy or omission, or has been asked a question, the Purchasing Office will post an amendment or addendum on online Procurement for all Respondents to view. $500,000 per employee per disease / $500,000 per employee per accident / $500,000 by disease aggregate. It is understood that the City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Submittals to this RFQ as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. Projects will be awarded based on City of Sugar Land funding to fund the respective projects.
