Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Swansea, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Town of Swansea seeks competitive quotes from qualified vendors for the supply and installation of commercial aluminum windows at the Council on Aging, inclusive of weatherproofing and sealing said windows. Interior finish work not included in scope of work. Prevailing wage rates apply. Any warranty information must be provided with the quote. Personnel performing work must have OSHA 10 certification. Questions due on August 11 and must be submitted in writing. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded within thirty days (30) days of the award of bid. The Town of Swansea may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town. The Town will award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
