Provide all labour, materials, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities and administration necessary to perform the Work outlined below and described in greater detail in this specification. 2. All work in this project is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. 3. Contractor is responsible to verify all measurements on site prior to work being completed. The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 4. The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. 5. Work for this project includes but is not limited to, (Interior and exterior Upgrades, 20 and 22 Circular Road, Pound Cove, NL), the following: Demolition (Both Units) 1. Removal of the following materials, but not limited to, asphalt shingles and related (1 unit), 2 p.t landings, partial ramp and 1 concrete landing pad (Front entry of unit 20), sections of concrete walkway, shrubbery(Poison Ivy) and alders, vinyl siding and accessories, windows, exterior door systems, eave fascia, soffit and eavestrough/downspouts, all exterior wall attachments, 1 bathtub. and surround, light fixtures, heaters/thermostats, 1 electrical panel and service, 1 HRV system, interior doors and other miscellaneous items. All materials not being reinstated are to be removed from site and disposed of at an Approved Waste Management Facility. 2. Contractor is responsible to move and re-install with the coordination of all utility companies, electrical, cable and telephone connections. Contractor is responsible for all items damaged during constructions. Contractor is required to Co-ordinate with Utility Companies before excavation to confirm location of underground electrical utilities. Cleaning (Both Units) 1. Construction areas are to be cleaned of construction debris and dust at the end of each work day as well as at the completion of the project. 2. Contractor is responsible to move any larger furniture items as needed to gain access to work area. All furniture and personal belongings need to be covered with plastic sheet to prevent contamination with construction dust and debris.
