**As of November 19, 2025 , project has not been awarded yet, The notice to proceed will not be issued until mid-December.** The City of Commerce is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified professional service providers to provide water tank painting and inspection as described in the Scope of Work contained in this solicitation. The City of Commerce, GA is Requesting Quotes (RFQ) from respondents capable of the painting and inspection, including the Commerce logo, three (3) elevated water tanks of various sizes; 300,000-gal, 500,000-gal, and 200,000-gal. These tanks are located at the following addresses, respectively: 277 New Street, 3630 Mt Olive Rd, and 235 Water Plant Rd, Commerce, Georgia 30529. The City requires all offerors to include in their response a copy/copies of their current Utility Contractors License(s) issued by the State of Georgia Division of Utility Contractors. Any Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The City of Commerce reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award contracts based on the highest and best interest of the city. The written Quote documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. All companies submitting a Quote will be notified in writing of award. Deadline for questions August 27, 2025, 2:00 pm EST Vendors are encouraged to contact the Procurement Agent at bids@commercega.gov to clarify any part of the RFQ requirements
