The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Construction of new Lift Station consisting of new influent manhole, wet well, and valve vault. 2. Coordination, connection, and construction of new gravity piping and force main at the site. 3. Installation of submersible pumps, piping, valves, diesel generator, and controls. 4. Site work to include: concrete work, bituminous pavement, grading, and landscaping. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The WORK shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the WORK in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the OWNER The project is located in the City of Rosemount, which is located in Dakota County.
