Reference number: 20088898 The Municipality is issuing a call for tenders to demolish the building at 2-4 Sainte-Catherine Street at the intersection with Élie-Auclair Road. The work consists broadly of: • Demolition of the main building, secondary buildings, and entrance (garage and sheds); • Safe disconnection of utilities (water, sewer, electricity); • Removal of the foundations and concrete slab; • Backfilling of excavations to natural ground level with suitable compacted material; • Sorting and disposal of all debris incurred at authorized sites; • All necessary measures to remove asbestos and silica in accordance with current standards; • All necessary measures to remove asbestos and silica in accordance with current standards; • Leveling and smoothing of affected areas; • Adding topsoil and seeding disturbed areas.
