LOCATION: Goodfellow Air Force Base is located in Tom Green County, on the southeast side of San Angelo, TX. and is bounded to the north by Highway #388 (Paint Rock Rd.), to the west by Fort McKavitt Rd and Bell Street/Christoval Road, to the south by Highway #1223 (San Antonio Hwy.) and to the east by the eastern city limits. Work will take place behind the Wing Headquarters Building, B430, along the north side of Ft. Griffin Ave. This project encompasses the complete replacement of existing curb, gutter, and existing pavement. A new concrete swale will be constructed for storm drainage. Construction will adhere to standard profiles as detailed in project drawings and specifications and comply with all applicable environmental regulations IAW with the attached Statement of Work dated Feb 2026 and associated project documents. Roadway construction including curb and gutter along Ft. Griffin Ave, including the concrete swale at the northern terminus of the roadway. Road construction services are required to perform roadway improvements along Ft Griffin Avenue, including construction of curb and gutter and the concrete swale at the northern terminus of the roadway. The scope of work is limited to a single contract line item and shall be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The work will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract under a total small business set-aside, and all proposals must comply with the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters contained in the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award. The magnitude of this project is between $450,000 - $700,000 Questions will be due by 13 May 2026 @ 12:00 PM CDT.
