2025 Roofing Program of Grenada Daily Star Building Remove designated roof penetrations (See also Asbestos Spec) as shown and infill roof openings with metal roofto match existing profile. Install new polyiso flute filler with a 2" additional layer of polyiso over existing metal roof. Install TPO roof as detailed. Install new aluminum flashings and edge terminations as shown and as required. Install new roof drains, gutters, downspouts as shown. Sitework: Repair all areas ofthe site damaged during construction including but not limited to ruts, concrete, etc. Exterior: Carefully remove all vents/fluesthru roof. All plumbing vents are to be left in place. Patch holes in rooffrom removed vents/flues. Install new flute filler on entire existing roof. Install newmechanically fastened 60 mil TPO reinforced membrane over separation sheet on 2" insulated board. Install new roof drains and overflow roof drains. Install new cement board at interior face ofparapet wall (roofside) and run TPO up and over top ofparapet wall. Carefully demo/remove existing E.I.F.S. soffit around entire building. Install new E.I.F.S. soffit. Match adjacent finish. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid guaranteeing the Owner the execution of Performance Bond and Contract. Each bidder is cautioned that he must comply with the Laws of Mississippi requiring each bidder to submit evidence showing that he has a Certificate of Responsibility, provided the contract or subcontract sum exceeds $50,000. This CR number should be so stated on the outside of the bidding envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities.
