Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 34,302-square-foot military facility; for site work for a military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project will construct a standard design Collective Training Barracks consisting of four barracks that are 34,302 square feet each (137,208 square feet total). Primary facilities include collective training barracks, fire pump building, overhead protection/canopies, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, video surveillance system installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance.
