Site work for a municipal facility in Britannia Beach, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced landscaping and surface finishing contractor to execute a predesigned landscaping plan for a remediated Crown Parcel on the Britannia Mine Site. The contractor will be expected to coordinate the sourcing, delivery and installation (labour and equipment included) of all required/specified materials to complete the project. It is expected that this scope of work will be completed prior to November 2025. Contractor's red-line markups will be required upon completion of construction to facilitate production of record drawings. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Cancelled, bids came in over budget.
