The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. The Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority may award the contract for the project to the most responsible bidder who, in the judgment of the TIRZ 23, will be most advantageous to the TIRZ 23 and results in the best and most economical completion of the project. Prospective contractor shall adhere to METRO's requirements, including but not limited to, obtaining work permits, completing roadway worker protection training prior to construction, and providing notices & forms to start the work.
