Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,545-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of September 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Pro Commercial Flooring, Inc., with an awarded amount of $38,123.94** The Support Services Office during regular working hours Monday through Friday. This bid is for the purchase, installation of approximately 8,545 square feet of carpet squares and 1,719 LVT in the Get Real area of DSS at the Daymark Building. In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The period to end questions. At no point will any meeting take place at the jobsite. The Davidson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and Proposals, and further reserves the right to make the award and/or awards in the best interest of Davidson County.
