The proposed project includes all materials, equipment, assembly, clearing and ground work required to provide connections to NB Power and other utilites for all perspective homes shown in the plans. Current site conditions include all streets, curb, and sidewalk completed. Prior to placing curb and sidewalk the required conduit was placed under the roadway and encased in concrete, minor field fits and adjustments are to be expected in order to make connections. It is recommended that all perspective bidders visit the site prior to submitting a price for this work. Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide performance securities as specified in the tender documents.
