The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design, fabricate, and execute landscaping work at Bellows Air Force Station (BAFS), Hawaii. The objective is to elevate the landscape to a premier standard by incorporating thoughtfully designed gardens, strategically placed trees and shrubs, and attractive hardscaping features. Work includes earthwork, design, environmental coordination, delivery, and planting of irrigation systems, trees, stone walkways, plants, and shrubs throughout the installation. All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Objectives and applicable specifications. -Remove existing kitchen hood and install new commercial Type I kitchen hood system, including supply and exhaust fans. Provide design calculations for hood system to ensure code compliance. Type I Kitchen Hood, with internal compensating design, to be supplied with a fire suppression system of chemical type and control panel interlocked with the fire alarm system. The hood on/off switch, and via flow switch, shall activate/de-activate the gas solenoid valve and cooking appliances under the hood. B. Hood system shall be sized accordingly for new kitchen equipment layout, including range, over, fryer, and griddle (approximately 8 feet of coverage). Equipment to be installed separately. Contractor to confirm final dimensions and coverage requirements upon product submittal. C. Utilize existing vertical duct chase locations and roof penetrations. Modify duct work as required. Field verify existing conditions and dimensions. D. Provide proposed location of all new equipment and control systems in work plan submittal. Field verify all dimensions. E. Provide all required electrical connections and materials. Field verify existing conditions and provide proposed connection in work plan submittal. F. Provide NFPA certification of entire kitchen hood system. Period of Performance :- All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from award date.
