The City of Goodyear ("City") invites qualified vendors to submit quotes for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of a Customer Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Portal. This portal will provide Goodyear residents within the City's water service area with access to consumption data and notifications regarding water usage. Implementation should be finalized within 90 days from the project kick-off. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Aug 15th 2025, 12:00 PM MST The initial term of this Contract shall be two (2) years commencing on the effective date, which is the date last signed by both Parties, and may be extended or renewed for consecutive additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total of five (5) years, subject to appropriations and mutual agreement of the Parties. The City has no obligation to extend or renew this contract, and any decision to do so is at the sole discretion of the City.
