Reference Number 0000300537 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/03 02:00:00 PM EDT This RFSQ issued by the University of Torontos University Planning Design and Construction (“UPDC”) department is to establish a Qualified Supplier List (QSL) for both Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to act as the Prime Contractor for the various major infrastructure renewal projects associated with the RISE Program, referred to as “Projects” and various projects completed by the University’s Capital Project department. Proponents may submit a proposal for either or both the disciplines (Mechanical and Electrical). Proponents will select which categories based on the Construction Value, within the discipline, they would like to be considered for the QSL (see attachment 3 to Schedule B). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
