Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Troy, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of replacing existing 4" and 6" waterline with new 6" PVC waterline. Approximate length of new waterline to be installed is 6,900' which includes open cut installation and directional bore installation. This includes new valves, hydrants, service lines, and all related appurtenances. The majority of the waterline is to be installed in grass not in the road, however there are still portions to be installed in the road requiring asphalt repair, concrete repair, and sidewalk repair. Waterline along Old Cap Au Gris Rd shall be carefully coordinated and there shall be a separate timeframe and bonus/penalty awarded for this specific portion of waterline. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, and the contract shall be awarded as a single prime Contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. E-Verify and the OSHA ten-hour certificates shall be furnished by the winning bidder upon award of the project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
