The County seeks a contractor to furnish asphalt materials and load them onto County vehicles at the contractor's site for use in ongoing maintenance projects. The County anticipates an initial contract term of one (1) year. Question Deadline 09/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be received at online. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request clarifications or additional information from offerors. The County reserves the right to accept all or any part of the offer and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the County. Any sole offer received by the submission date may be accepted or rejected by the County Administrator or designee. In the event the County rejects the sole offer, it may elect to negotiate with any responsible provider. The County reserves the right to cancel a solicitation at any time and to cancel any recommended award or recommended contract at any time prior to execution.
