Peterborough Housing Corporation is the largest single provider of community housing in the City and County of Peterborough. We provide rent-geared-to-income and affordable housing for seniors, single adults, and families. This means that PHC provides homes to well over 4000 residents in our community. Our housing is a mix of high-rise apartments, townhomes, walk-up apartments, semi-detached homes, and quadplexes. PHC is under an agreement with the Service Manager, the City of Peterborough for Peterborough City and County. The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to select Proponent(s) with the ability to provide the full scope of goods and services required, at the most advantageous cost to the Corporation. Firm pricing is required for the initial Contract Term. The Peterborough Housing Corporation invites Proposal Submissions to complete and perform specified summer and winter maintenance services for various Peterborough Housing Corporation properties. Proponent(s) will maintain the general conditions of property grounds year-round, perform landscape services, snow ploughing, and snow removal operations to maintain the Peterborough Housing Corporation Communities in a manner which is acceptable to the authorized representative of the Peterborough Housing Corporation.
