Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Oak Grove, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

HVAC Qualified service providers shall submit a proposal to provide the following: Removal of old system minus parts or items the City of Oak Grove desires to keep, installation of new system, installation of new line set, and all materials necessary to make system operable including modifications to the duct work. The specifications for the system must meet the standards of a 12.5-ton split system with matching air handler. All refrigerant must be reclaimed from the old unit.
