**As of October 29, 2025, the project was awarded to F.S. Scarbrough, LLC, with an awarded amount of $442,509.71** Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Bidder agrees to install Owner provided materials, furnish the remaining required materials, and furnish all equipment and perform all labor necessary to construct the proposed raw water line tie in at the water treatment plant as shown on the Drawings and as specified. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, installation of a meter vault, pressure sustaining valve vault, coring of the raw water pump station, and electrical and SCADA work. The work also includes earthwork, site work, +-800 LF of 16" Class 350 ductile iron raw water main, yard piping, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, take offs, and all other appurtenances and efforts required for completion of the work shown on the Drawings and as specified. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
