In addition, the WCRC will meet, as needed, for the purpose of reviewing progress and providing necessary guidance. Frequent communication between the WCRC and Contractor is expected. Multiple Contracts Awarded to the Same Vendor If the Contractor is awarded more than one mowing contract in any one season, the Contractor shall demonstrate that sufficient resources are available to satisfy the requirements of this Contract. The Contractor must therefore provide a detailed equipment list that includes, for each piece of equipment to be used on Contracts with the WCRC, the year of manufacture, manufacturers name, model name, and serial number and any lease contracts, when applicable. This documentation must be furnished to WCRC prior to the Contract start date. The WCRC reserves the right to inspect the Contractors equipment prior to this Contract start date and at any time throughout the duration of this Contract. The WCRC reserves the right to restrict the number of WCRC Contracts awarded to a single Contractor based on the ability of the Contractor to satisfactorily perform Contract work within Contract time limits.
