The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to replace fire smoke dampers and actuators at the Tri-Cities Air Traffic Control Tower (TRI ATCT). The contractor must complete all work within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns, and the estimated magnitude of the project is less than $50,000. Attendance at the optional site visit scheduled for August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time is strongly encouraged. All questions must be submitted in writing to the designated FAA contact at least three days before the offer due date, and offers must be submitted via email with the SIR number referenced in the subject line. - Supply all labor, materials, transportation, customization, and supervision necessary to replace ten (10) fire smoke dampers with new ones at Tri-Cities Air Traffic Control Tower 2711 Highway 75, Blountville, TN 37617 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Contract Documents. **Location:** Tri-Cities Air Traffic Control Tower, 2711 Highway 75, Blountville, TN 37617 Question Deadline 08/29/2025 All questions must be addressed to Linda.Hennequant@faa.gov in writing.
