A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond in accordance with the contract specifications. Contractor must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington. KPUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
