Project Summary Loyalist Township is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for roof replacement work at two municipal buildings: Wilton Hall and the Odessa Municipal Office. Wilton Hall - 251 Simmons Rd., Odessa, ON K0H 2H0 The scope of work includes: Removal of the existing metal roof Installation of a new metal roof system (Vic West UltraVic with exposed fasteners, colour to match rear addition) Minor roof repairs including but not limited to: Caulking Adding fasteners Sheathing replacement as necessary Odessa Municipal Office - 263 Main St., Odessa, ON The scope of work includes: Removal of approximately 800 sq. ft. of existing EPDM roofing Replacement with a Modified Bituminous Membrane roof system to match existing roofing The successful proponent will be required to begin work immediately following contract execution and must achieve substantial completion by October 31, 2025.
