Proposed plans to construct, furnish, and equip a new elementary school and a new high school. The proposed no new millage bond will raise $235 million and would fund the construction of the immediate need for two new buildings—Elementary #18 and High School #5—along with other critical infrastructure upgrades and safety updates without raising the current tax rate for Olentangy residents. As of April 23, 2026, this project has been approved permits with the city. Construction is set to begin April 2026 and be completed June 2027. An owner has been identified.
