Tenders will be submitted to the Council at a subsequent meeting. Any bid received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of ninety (90) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability with respect to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected.
