Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pleasanton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of multiple additions on the existing campus, with interior renovations. The North addition consists of a large shop addition, mezzanine level, restrooms and multiple classrooms; a central existing courtyard infill addition will house a new media center; a South addition will have new corridors, conference and classroom spaces. A new addition at the activities entrance will also include additional commons space. Work encompasses approximately 30,000 sf. Specific trades included, but are not limited to: selective demolition, concrete foundations / floors, architectural precast concrete wall panels, concrete reinforcing steel (rebar), masonry, structural and misc steel, carpentry, casework, membrane roofing, insulation, EIFS, metal wall panel, air barriers, joint sealants, exp joints, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront and glazing, sectional doors, tubular daylighting, drywall, metal stud framing, ACT, tiling, flooring, painting, misc specialties, metal lockers, signage, window shades, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, electrical, communications (cabling for voice / data, PA systems, clocks), fire alarm, earthwork, termite control, retaining walls, and utilities. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by other data required by the bidding documents; or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
