Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mantachie, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of: 1) Tombigbee Water Association, and 2) Engineering Solutions, Inc. The BID SCHEDULE may be examined at the following locations: A. Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program (MPTAP) Mississippi Development Authority, Minority & Small Business Development Woolfolk Building, 501 North West Street, Suite B 01 Jackson, MS 39201 B. Plan House Printing 605 W. Main Street Tupelo, MS 38804 (662) 407-0193 Separate and sealed bids for the construction of PHASE FOUR- TANK REHABILITATION where the Contractor will repaint a 75,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be lump sum pay item as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in "pdf' format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note - electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside Bid for: Phase Four - Tank Rehabilitation, Tombigbee Water Association. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the TOMBIGBEE WATER ASSOCIATION, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors, and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
