Site work for a civil project in Meridian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the Construction of Contract I: 500GPM Water Treatment Plant and Contract II: 500 GPM Well Each Bidder must deposit with his proposal, a Bid Bond on the form provided in the specifications or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to the Town of Marion, Mississippi, as bid security Contract time shall be 270 consecutive calendar days from the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount three hundred dollars($300) per day for each consecutive calendar day beyond the specified contract time. The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
