Please take notice that the Tri-Municipal Sewer Commission, (TMSC) is soliciting Proposals for Chemical Bulk delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite 15% solution for the Tri-Municipal Wastewater Facility in the Town of Poughkeepsie. One Year - September 12th, 2025 - September 11th, 2026, with option to extend Amount . Approximately 15,000 - 20,000 gallons estimated annual usage Deliveries are 2,500 gallons at a time Container Bulk Delivery As required Failure to provide timely deliveries shall be the cause for termination of the contract by TMSC. Quotation must state price per gallon. Please show increments at which price breaks occur. Include any additional charges, including freight and transportation costs. TMSC storage facilities consist of one (1) 3,000-gallon storage tank. Delivery schedule to be optimized to the best interests of the supplier and the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The fill pipe will be 2" Schedule 80 with a check valve and a non-drip disconnect. Please note that the quoted price will remain in effect for one year from the date of acceptance by TMSC of the proposal. A current Safety Data Sheet must be provided. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. TMSC reserves the right to reject any or all requests for proposal.
