The proposed work generally consists of restoring the Trabuco Rose gully's bedding to mitigate erosion, improve drainage functionality, and stabilize the channel banks. The scope includes clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation, removal of sediment, and debris to prepare the site for construction activities. Earthwork operations will regrade the gully to its designed flow line, re-establishing proper slope and hydraulic capacity. Ageotextile matting and engineered riprap will be placed to minimize future scouring. Cobblestone will be installed in select areas to enhance surface stability and improve flow conveyance.
