General Construction Consisting of an addition of 862 SF to the existing northeast end of the building. Scope includes concrete foundations and floor slab, masonry exterior walls with exterior rigid insulation clad with fiber cement panels to match existing. Low slope membrane roofing and associated trim, gutters and downspouts. Scope includes aluminum windows and storefront. Interior partitions to be metal stud and drywall with batt insulation at exterior walls. Scope includes interior wood doors and door hardware. Finishes include ACT lay-in ceiling, carpet tile, resilient base, paint, window shades, solid-surface window sills, and signage. Site Work: Site work consists of, but is not limited to demolition of concrete, plants, and plant bed material. New work consists of concrete sidewalk along the north and west side of the building addition, new concrete sidewalk in existing garden area, resurfaced asphalt pavement with pavement paint, updated handicap accessible parking space, aluminum pipe railing along the north edge of the sidewalk along the north side of the building addition, and plants.
