Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete improvements on Porte Road and a private Townhouse Development as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of a new 1.5m wide concrete sidewalk and replacement of existing sidewalk; New concrete curb and gutter and replacement of existing curb; Removals, excavation and grading works; Catchbasin and hydrant adjustments; Interlocking repairs; Asphalt paving; and Restoration works.
