2024 Capital Bond Project Yorktown High School Athletic Fields & Site Upgrades Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction (EC) Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, in the Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bid, Made Payable to Yorktown Central School District in the Form and Subject to the Conditions Stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Accepted Low Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Specified Insurance as Well as Payment and Performance Bonds for the Full Contract Sum Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 3:00 PM ET (RFI) or Clarification must be submitted on AIA Document G716-2004 and sent to the following individuals by email: (1) Daryl Mastracci, MEMASI, daryl.mastracci@memasidesign.com; (2) Toya Davis, MEMASI, toya.davis@memasidesign.com; (3) Matthew Hornicek, Arris Contracting Company: mhornicek@arriscontracting.com; (4) Alexis Smith, Arris Contracting Company: asmith@arriscontracting.com; (5) Dennis Verboys, Director of Facilities, dverboys@yorktown.org. No Bidder Shall Withdraw His Bid Within Forty-five (45) Days After the Bid Opening. The Board of Education of Yorktown Central School District Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality Relating to a Specific Bid or in the Bidding Process; to Waive What It Deems to Be Technical Defects, Irregularities and Omissions Relating to a Specific Bid; to Request Additional Information From Any Bidder; or to Reject Any or All Bids and to Advertise for New Bids.
