Demolition and site work for a civil project in Franklin, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Award: Dudley Construction, LLC for $20,155,948.48 Water produced from three 2,000 gpm Simsboro Formation well contructed by others will be treated and pumped into a trasnsmission pipeline by this facility, called the Lightsey Plant, located in the Benchley community of Robertson County. The facility will include cooling towers, a sodium hypochlorite disinfection system, a 1,000,000 gallon ground storage tank, and two 4,200 gpm transmission pumps. Electrical facilities will be included for the facility and the three well locations, and will include standby generation. Also included will be demolition of two existing ground storage tanks and replacement with a single 500,000 gallon ground storage tank at the Bird Pond Plant located in Brazos County. The deadline to ask questions is 9/09/2025 5:00 PM CST Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
