Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The contractor selected for the above project shall be required to enter into a contract with the Town. Such contract shall require the posting of performance and payment bonds, the submittal of insurance certificates, the compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws, ordinances and building permits, including the payment of prevailing wages. Bid surety in the form of a bank check, bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price must be submitted with each bid. Questions may be emailed to Sean Thompson at sthompson@lincolnri.org by the end of the day on Monday, August 25, 2025. Questions will be answered and an addendum emailed to all bidders by end of day on Thursday, August 28, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after the date and time specified. The Town of Lincoln reserves the right to accept or reject, without prejudice, any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities therein, or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the town of Lincoln. Individuals requesting interpreter service for the hearing impaired must request such service 72 hours in advance of this scheduled opening. The Town of Lincoln, RI invites sealed bids from qualified companies for the removal and replacement of the roof at the Lincoln Rescue Station #2 located at 115 Main St, Albion, RI. Proposed work in this Contract is for the Lincoln Rescue Station #2, located at 115 Main St, Albion, Rhode Island. The work encompassed by this contract shall include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Contractor shall verify building dimensions and be responsible for all materials to complete scope of work. 2. Preceding job start up, contractor shall decide to his satisfaction that all specifications contained herein are workable. 3. Contractor will perform all work by competent, trained, and properly equipped personnel in strict accordance with good roofing practices and applicable industry standards. 4. Contractor will comply with all OSHA safety standards and prevention policies and practices relating to application of roofing system and related work. All federal, state and local codes shall be followed. 5. Clean all gutters after roof installation is complete. 6. Clean premises thoroughly using rakes, brooms, blowers, and magnetic sweeper. 7. Remove and dispose of all roofing related debris. Contractor to be responsible for dumpster. 8. All workmanship must be guaranteed for ten (10) years
