The base scope of work for this project will consist of the demolition and reconstruction of the park and playground at Goebelt Park. The tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following: A. The removal and retainment of existing park elements such as park signage, picnic table, park benches, litter receptacles, water fountain, playground equipment, basketball backboards and rims, split rail fencing, and bike rack. B. The demolition and removal of park elements such as basketball court, concrete sidewalks, playground surfacing, and playground timbers C. Installation of park signage, wire mesh fencing and gates, playground surfacing and associated concrete curbing, playground equipment, basketball court with basketball backboards and nets, precast concrete pavers and associated concrete curbing, poured-inplace concrete sidewalks, park signage, and site furnishings inclusive of tables and umbrellas, litter receptacles, drinking fountains, bike repair stations, and bike racks.
