Water Service Replacement The bid must be accompanied by the following: Bidder's Checklist; Bid Proposal Form; Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid proposal, not to exceed $20,000, made payable to the borough of Newfield; Consent of Surety; Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda or Revisions; Stockholder Disclosure Certification; Business Registration Certificate issued by the N.J. Division of Revenue; Non-Collusion Affidavit; Public Works Contractor Registration; New Jersey Debarred List Affidavit; Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement; Affirmative Action Compliance Notice; and Bidder's Checklist. This bid is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c 127, as amended and supplemented) and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Affirmative Action requirements of the State of New Jersey. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
